On November 7, 2011, the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario have released an OHP Inspection Program Update clarifying that the Premises Inspection Committee will continue to require out-of-hospital premises (OHPs) performing procedures at a level two and level three to store 36 vials of dantrolene as a required drug for resuscitation.  The PIC confirmed that the current Malignant Hyperthermia (MH) guidelines as noted by MHAUS requires 36 vials of dantrolene.  The Out-of-Hospital Premises Inspection Program website can be found here and it contains links to the OHP Inspection Program Updates.
